So I’m a Certified NLP Practitioner and a Life Coach! How can I help you to take a break from drinking?
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a technique that focuses on developing new ways of thinking, and learning how to work with your subconscious mind. Through NLP exercises, you will learn a freedom to choose how you respond to events and situations around you. A skill which is invaluable when tackling that pesky voice in your head that keeps telling you to drink!
NLP exercises also help you to shift your mindset, and can help with reducing anxiety, boosting confidence, and getting rid of any old beliefs about yourself that are past their sell-by date.

Coaching is about empowering you. I will support you in your journey of self-awareness around the affects of alcohol on your life, and help you to find your own bespoke way to freedom. Alongside this journey, you will gain an understanding of what’s most important to you – your core values. And from your core values, to deciding and choosing your future.
We work together to move you from the place you’re stuck in, to where you really want to be. Whether that’s related to your drinking habits or something else entirely, our conversations together will bring you self-awareness, understanding and forward motion.
